Shipping Policy
We totally understand the eagerness and excitement to receive your purchased products, hence we try and make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. Well, who likes to wait?
We try and make sure that
- Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you in 7 working days from our warehouse.
- Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value of Rs 15,495/-
- A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied to all orders below Rs 15,495/-
- In spite of taking precautions, there may be certain hiccups to the otherwise smooth procedure.
In such a scenario, the company will ensure that communication of the delay or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time to the customer.

Returns and Exchange Policy:
RETURNS POLICY:
If you are dissatisfied with your garment fit or quality, and would like to return them, the following terms and conditions apply for the return procedure-
- The customer will have to raise a return request from their Label Simmi Bajaj account, within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
- Once a request is received, we will schedule a reverse pickup for the return garments. Please note: The reverse pickup process takes 10-15 working days to be processed, since a third party delivery partner is involved.
- The customer can also self-ship the products in cases where Reverse Pick- up may not apply. In case the customer chooses to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
- In case of Self Shipped returns, the customer will be asked to share a copy of the courier receipt at labelsimmibajaj@gmail.com. In this case, an amount up to Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s online wallet with Urban Suburban. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- The customer will have to mention their details of name, address and phone number on the parcel before sending the courier out.
- The return process can be availed once, post which only size exchanges will be provided in the garment ordered.

- The item should be returned with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
- Items on sale will not be applicable for returns or exchange / alteration.
- Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Discount coupons/Reward points/Store credit will not be applicable for use on sale items.
- In case of a return, the amount paid for the garment, will be credited to the customer's e-wallet in their account, after deducting the shipping charges paid.
- Only after the Quality Check of the garment is performed by our team, and the garment is found in proper condition, will the amount for the returned garment be reimbursed in the client’s online Urban Suburban e-wallet. The e-wallet credit will be available for use for 3 months from the date of issue. (We do not do cash refunds/bank account refunds)
- Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We might request you to share snapshots at info@urbansuburban.in. Our representative will get in touch with you for the same.
- PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Exchange policy:
If you are unhappy with your garment fit or quality, and would like to exchange it for another size, the following terms and conditions apply for the exchange procedure-
- The customer will have to raise an exchange request from their Label Simmi Bajaj account, within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
- The customer will have to log in into their account to exchange the product. Once logged in, click on the “Exchange” option to proceed and follow the steps mentioned therein to initiate the procedure.
- The customer will have to self-ship the products within 48 hours after the return request is raised. The courier amount will be strictly borne by the customer and will be non-refundable.
- For self shipped returns, the customer may be asked to share a copy of the outgoing courier receipt at labelsimmibajaj@gmail.com
- We also have a pick-service to facilitate the exchange. However, this service will be chargeable and non-refundable.
- In case of the pick-up service, a flat charge of Rs 150 will be applicable. The payment for the same will have to be done by the customer via Google Pay/ Paytm or Bank Transfer. Upon submitting the exchange request, please reach out to us on (+91)9638204409 or labelsimmibajaj@gmail.com. Our team member will get in touch with you to help you out with the same. We will not be accepting any other mode of payments for the pick-up service.
- We request you to please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

- Once the exchange garment is received by us, only after the Quality Check of the garment is performed by our team, and the garment is found in proper condition, will the new garment go out in exchange. Since we are a Made to order brand, the exchange timeline can take up to 15 to 20 working days.
- PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Cancellation Policy:
- Label Simmi Bajaj reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Customisation charges:
All our paper patterns are made for size 6 to 18. However, we can also custom make the size for you. Here are a few ways on how we can do this:
1) If you do not want to go for a standard size and want some minor modifications in our standard sizes, our customisation charges start from Rs 250.
2) In cases where you want the entire garment to be customised as per your measurements, the charges would start from Rs 500
3) We can only make custom garments for sizes smaller than 6 and bigger than 18. Our team member can assist you with the custom charges in this case
A little note from us: *We are a start up and are still working on getting our fittings right for these sizes and are a work in progress. Hopefully, we will have this sorted by next year. Fingers crossed”
4) Custom garments are not applicable for returns or exchange
5) Coupon codes cannot be applied to custom-made garments.

IMPORTANT
- Only prepaid orders are applicable on Outfits above 25,495
- Once you place an order with us, our team will call you in a day or two to confirm your measurements to make sure that you have selected the correct size or to provide additional size assistance. Please note that the order will only be processed once the size is confirmed so that we can control size exchanges and deliver the correct product with the right size in the right time.
- No coupons/ coupon codes/ discounts/ gift cards/ reward points will be applicable on these orders
- A customization charge will be applicable for all custom measurement orders. Customization charges start from Rs. 500 per garment and may vary depending on the type of alteration required. Our team can assist you further once you get in touch with us
- We have a ready pattern set available from size S to XXL. Any size that would fall out of this range would be considered custom, only because we are still perfecting the fit for those sizes. Soon, we should be able to cater to a UK 4, 20, 22 and 24 as a part of our standard sizing. Please be patient and allow us some time, we are working on this every day
Terms and conditions while placing orders from Instagram and Whatsapp::
- Orders can be placed via Instagram and Whatsapp, however these orders will be prepaid only
- Cash on delivery cannot be availed on orders placed by our team members through Instagram or Whatsapp
- An item will only be considered sold once the payment for the same has been done and a screenshot has been shared. We will not be able to reserve any items otherwise
